So today after 2 YEARS of me having a black card membership I got questioned by an employee of who my "guest was" so I politely responded "my brother". Has he ever been here before?

And I responded politely "yes sir, this is our second time this month at this 24/7 facility , but usually we go to the 2 locations near us M-T since they're only open 24hrs those days a week. So he responds "sorry, but he can't workout since he's not old enough, and he's just 15". So I responded back "sorry ,but as far as I know he can come in with me since I'm the account holder, and he's my guest. No one told me he had to be a certain age to workout with me?

Neither had i ever been questioned by any empleyee, at any location that I've been into for the last 2 years regarding how old he is, or what is he related to me. Or is he in their NOT SO NEW SYSTEM?! so then I asked for proof backing up his word that came out of him mouth stating "if you're 15 years of age you can't workout" (him BEING A GUEST, MY GUEST!) so then he said I can't pull it up on my system since your home club is down there. WTF!!

DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING? I OWE AND PAY FOR A BLACK MEMBERSHIP it should be on your SYSTEM. Just as if I would of said "I want to move my HOME CLUB TO THIS ONE" can you pull up my supposedly "no contract" gym paperwork? I was beyond pissed...

So I walked off to cool down. Then went back in requesting the contract were it said once again "he had to be older than 15 years old" then I said "why didn't you make a big deal about this last week? The first time that we were in here? Why didn't you ask us the same questions the FIRST TIME?

I did m'am he said. WRONG, you didn't ! You just asked us if he was already in the new system and I responded NO, so then he replied okay I'll let him slide for this time, signed in with my guest name, and YEAR he was born and continued our normal routine. And then he said "well whoever did that shouldn't have done that" YOU LET HIM IN, YOU HANDED HIM THE SIGN IN CHART?!!

So then he said for this time ill let you both in. But next time this better be straighten out. The I was like "SERIOUSLY? (Me pointing at the time)an hour after we came in?

I was like *** YOU.

Asked for his name and managers name to call on their ***. And I was like thanks for "letting a minor IN like you said he couldn't come in BECAUSE OF HIS AGE, but now you telling me one more last time"

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: Clemmons, North Carolina

I'm really confused. The minimum age of a guest is 13.

Many PFs will require proof of age in terms of a state ID. THAT is not unreasonable.

If he let you slide, the next time you should brought ID. I honestly don't think this is the whole story.

Also, for security reasons, all PFs have limited access to the database of another PF, your home club, very limited.
