About two years ago i cancelled my membership and today i wanted to start back up but i have a balance of 70 left in my account. If you look through my history i have not walked into your gym for a very long time and the manager refused to waive the amount due and still expects me to pay the start up fee which makes no sense to me.

Please look further into my situation and call me to give me my best available option. Thank you.

Non use does not mean you don't have to pay your dues. You became a member, but they can't force you to come in.

Once 30 days after cancellation has passed. in your case, a few years, you have to pay any startup, plus a balance should a balance exist.

Pay your past balance and problem solved. Why would you expect them to waive ANY money you owe? Kinda childish to make a post about YOUR inability to pay your bills.
