my wife and I signed up, didn't use it, cancelled our account. they continued to bill us for 4 months.

first we didn't cancel our account, then we cancelled too late, then we only cancelled my membership and not my wife's. all said and done they took us for several hundred dollars.

absolutely unbelievable. the club manager in Belleville Ontario kept making excuses while draining us for money.
