I called twice which today was my second time in desperation tofixa matter that was originally agreed was an occurance planet fitness is aware of. I was told during my first phone call in October to the kendall location and spoke to Hugo that planet fitness is aware of the fraudulent charges and the billing departmrnt would fix it.
October i filed a claim directly with my bank after verbally being promised there would be no more charges made to my account information exchanged and instead was charged AGAIN! So todayduring my second attempt I was asked for an account number after he clearly found my account stating he requires me to give him an account number for his billing team after iclearly. Explained fraudelent activity in which i had nothad anaccount simce 2014!
I have been charged fees with my bank due to these UNAPPROVED charges. Please refund
