My payment was only 3 days late but still got paid and then when I was reviewing my bank account in December, I noticed there was an additional charge of $10 to my account from planet fitness. When I called to speak with the manager, the young man did not identify himself at all until I became very upset with him then he stated that he was the manager.

When I asked questions about the additional charge to my account nearly a month later, he couldnโ€™t clearly tell me why this happened. I NEVER received any king of email or mail notification what so ever in regards to this and he couldnโ€™t tell me where on the contract this information was located stating a late will will be assessed if payment is not received in the exact date.

I am now considering closing my account because of this and also since I have not been there in almost a year. I am currently looking in to going to another facility with better practices with the finance information and who know how to handle their customers with care and respect.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

of course he could tell you, their software shows clearly. my guess, it was late due to Insufficient Funds (and not bad account since it was paid at submission).

Therefore subject to a late fee.

You signed an Agreement that clearly states that there is a $10 fee for all returned dues (such as NSF, bad, frozen or closed account, etc). ALL PF members nationwide have the same clause in plain ordinary speak.

It's ON the Agreement whether you sign up in person or online.

YOU are just mad because you've been paying, not using, forgot you were paying, got charged a legit late fee, and wanna dis the company for your own irresponsibility plus the fact that you joined but never went.

Who *** cares!!! It should be clearly pointed out and stated when people are signing up instead of hiding it and then expecting people to just ignore it!! Management really sucks when they donโ€™t know how to converse with people properly!!!!
