No one could explained why my son could not come inside the gym, no one was taught how to handle clients.. you pay membership for what the beg you to start then treat you like crap there no better then an over price cable company that baits and switch! Please do better and your complaint process is a joke next try add value to the ppl paying you monthly

you son is most likely under the age of 13 and that's why he couldn't come into the gym. you would've known this if you had just read your contract.

this is if you have the black card and are even allowed to have guests. the $10 membership does't have guest priveleges
