I have reached out to customer services and they are no help at all i need to take action. My bank account is drained because they have been taking money for a gym membership since they closed in 2020 for covid.
I havent been to the gym and asked them to close my membership account when they first closed due to covid march 2020. So how can they take money out of my bank since march 2020 until i has my bank cancel and put a freeze on the account and it cost me 200 dollars to do that. I would like all my funds returned or i need to file a civil suit and legally get my funds returned. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
I am really struggling and at risk of losing my apartment and car.

Poor customer service from front desk employees and poor management skills by the management. They were unable to help me transfer from this club to another.
The person on the phone said to write an email or letter to corporate. The app is horrible; it doesn't let you make transfers.

Una empleada de planet fitness no echo del establecimiento con la policía me cancelaron mi suscripción por qué ingreso con un perro de servicio que tiene una edad de 12 anos está viejito y el juega con una pelota y debió incomodar a alguien pero la solución fue echarnos todo lo documente en videos los cuales subí alas redes sociales llevaba un ano con crunch fitness y nunca pasó esto gracias por su atención
