My local gym closed without notice, yet they continue to charge me.I can't "cancel" my membership as it requires you go to your gym or send a letter via certified mail to your local gym.

Inquiries at corporate have gone ignored. They have now charged me for three months of membership at a gym that no longer exists. They never told their clients they were closing, just were gone one day. This is ridiculous.

When I send a note to corporate, I get an autoreply saying I have to go to my local gym to cancel my membership.

How do I go to a gym that does not exist?The people at this company are frauds.

I don't know what happened.PF corporate would completely back you in a case like this.

the Agreement has plenty of legal language about closings.

YOU AND ALL of their members are in the same boat being charged.

I don't see other complaints like yours, and if continuously charged, there would be no less than 5,000 complaints.WHERE ARE THEY?
