If you're going to post ridiculous comments such as this - statements that lack enough information to justify a response, let alone any sort of actual conversation - you should use proper grammar, at least. As one of these "pieces" of {{Redacted}}, I prefer to be insulted by individuals who display even the smallest degree of eloquence.Evidently, this is too much to ask. If you actually have a point to make or a query to ask, by all means, please respond.
Well, if your company would have answered the customer service line, instead shutting the phone off when we said we have a complaint or even tried to call back after an intelligent comment was left the first time, your comment would have been okay. Become a eloquent company and you will see eloquent comments
Couldn't agree more. Not answering calls on the customer service line is not only unacceptable, but defeats the purpose of the line entirely.
That said, I have no control over what corporate Planet Fitness does; so please don't apply your poor experience to me, let alone everyone that works for the company. By all means, direct your questions at me, and perhaps I can assist you.As for the last sentence of your reply...respect is earned, but that doesn't mean that I am going to disrespect someone until they've earned it.
The same concept applies. This site has the potential to be a great source of information, but only if it's asked for in a way that allows response.
