OVER BILLED THREE TIMES ALREADY IN THE SAME MONTH. THE YEARLY FEE WAS HIKED UP BY $20.00 EXTRA.

I SUGGEST THAT ALL MEMBERS REVIEW THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS FOR REVERSAL. IF THEY CAN'T MANAGE OFF OF THE AVERAGE FEE OF $10.00 PER MONTH, RAISE THE FEE AND DO WHAT IS RIGHT. STOP STEALING FROM PEOPLE. I AM FORCED TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT NUMBER AS THESE FOOLS ARE HAVING A FIELD DAY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT.

I THINK SOMEONE IS JUST SITTING THERE HAVING A PIZZA OR TOOSTIE ROLL CANDY (ALWAYS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK) ALONG WITH A FIELD DAY LISTENING TO THE "CLICK" AS THEY ATTACK MY ACCOUNT DAILY FOR $10.70. I TRIED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH STAFF ADVISED NOTHING COULD BE DONE.

OH WELL, BACK TO WALKING THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE TWICE PER DAY. I AM OUT OF PF

daily deductions can't be done. it's impossible. it does not work that way.

Dear Anonymous, PF Clerk. I have never been late.

It hasn't been a year yet--not even five months. I can't access my account. I was told new members can't have access to their accounts until 3-4 months. OR sign-up for the black card .

I was overcharged for the annual fee.

I received an alert advising me to adjust my banking info... I guess so billing can continue to run ramped through my account again.

I never signed up for alerts (although the msg said i did) How can I when i can't access the account. The PF Clerk couldn't access the account either.

And please stop the bait and switch practice.

no bait and switch, just a misunderstanding with the Agreement. check your email for a copy originally sent, or ask them to resend it to you. the terms are simple and it's all in there.

there are annual fees, there are late fees to the annual fees, and the monthly dues, Planet Fitness cannot charge you more than what is contracted in the agreement. That is it , they can't keep doing anything more than what was agreed to. PERIOD!!!

Ok. What you wrote makes no sense whatsoever.

Planet Fitness cannot charge you anything more than was agreed to on the agreement.

There is no one at the front desk sitting there waiting to bill you.

They can't do that. They do not have any access to your credit, debit, checking or savings information.

So it's better little on your behalf to clarify what your problem really really is other than the stiff u wrote but No one understands?

Stop stealing.

Past members who have raised the same complaint can't all be wrong.

Wow, it's clear you weren't paying attention when you first signed up. And in your capital rant you never wrote anything that made any sense whatsoever.

Because you cannot explain yourself clearly, you probably can't listen well either. I don't work for them, my husband does. And I know how it works. Some people just can't understand simple and easy.

Some people overdraft their account with a $10 deduction. Some people are just dance.
