Had been using massage chair, tanning bed & hydro massage when I go with my spouse who is s black card member. It was explained to us when he signed up that I would have use of the facility.
Well tonight after using the massage chair I was informed I couldn't use the hydro massage and shouldn't have been using it! This made me angry as I have been using this as I have been using the facility for the two months and have had no problems.
It's not like I come everyday maybe twice a week due to work. She could have been nicer but was rude!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

you are a guest, you have access to equipment, showers and locker room.

she was rude because she told you something you did not want to hear. no matter how nice, people always call us rude.
the amenity access belongs to the member, that's the rule at all PFs. guests can use the club, use the lockers, toilets and take a shower, all while the member is on premises.
so you got by a few staff that weren't paying attention.
Now, if you want those amenities, get your own membership. if not, then just be a nice guest.
