After completing my year contract with planet fitness I decided to cancel as I am leaving the area. I cancelled in person on the 10th of the month.

On the 17th of same month PF debited my account and took my money. WTF! The worst customer service ever. Stay away from them.

Do not sign their stinking contract. My year experience with them was not the best either. Wait times to use massage beds etc were long. Front desk staff slow to respond most times.

Having to stand at desk waiting to speak with staff sometimes 5 minutes or more is unacceptable.

This happened at almost all my visits. Save you money, use another gym or just walk, it’s free.

If you truly cancelled by the 10th, then you have a receipt. they not only owe you, they owe ant overdraft fees.
