Money was taken out of my account without my authorization and when I found out I called and talked to a manager at the facility and she gave me the run-around I do not appreciate it and would like a refund back... I cancelled my membership 4 months ago and there was no reason to have money taken from my account

We will need some more information. Did you truly cancel you account and get documentation via e-mail or printed out paper?

Or, do you think you canceled it but not truly? If the manager didn't refund you the money, it was most likely because you were still a member.

Or, if you didn't cancel within the proper dates, you could still be charged. This is too vague of a complaint to address.
