I signed up last year in P.R. After Hurricane Maria,I moved temporarily to Miami where I tranfered membership.

I later moved back to P.R. upgraded to a blackcard.I tried transfering online but wont allow me to enter P.R. Its been over 100 days & no one can tranfer my membership back,not in Miami and not in P.R. It's frustrating.

I dont have a barcode tag because I upgraded online. I have to show my written membership number from a notepad to access the facility. Its very inconvenient.

I can't believe its this difficult to adjust this. Please help rectify this situation Asap.Thank you.
