A man violates a woman's privacy and SHE is kicked out? If she had called the police she could have had hm charged with criminal voyeurism and public lewdness (exhibitionism).

Legally. But PF says that SHE is in the wrong? Not a place to be a associated with--they take the side of the perpetrator over the victim in the name of 'tolerance' and 'nonjudgmentalism'. Sounds like PF violated their policy by being very judgmental and intolerant of Yvette Cormier in Midland, MI.

And, mind you, this was a CORPORATE decision. I will find another place to workout that doesn't punish victims.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Absolutely agree. Planet Fitness made a cowardly gutless move designed to shield themselves from the wrath of the *** *** transgender crowd.

They forgot about the rights of heterosexuals to urinate or defacate or change clothes or shower without a person of the opposite sex gawking at them. Just because you say you're a woman doesn't make you a woman. If you have man parts, and were born a man, you are a man. You may be mentally ill, but you're still a man.

If you want to declare yourself a person of the opposite sex, fine. But that doesn't give you the right to violate the rights of everyone else to privacy. This is what "family" restrooms are for. Has anyone even talked about the fact that the simple solution to all this lunacy is to have transgenders use a "family" restroom?

Yes, that's the one with the picture of the man/woman on the door. Duh.

....and if a particular place of business does not have a "family" restroom, then a law should be passed requiring them to do so. This would be preferable to having countless persons robbed of their dignity and privacy.

And the burden is on the business in the way of higher prices because in the limited space they already have, they have to demolish and rebuild for ONE person who was only a guest!

But I agree. Planet Fitness knuckled under because they were afraid of LGBT protests.

I guess the rest of us no longer count. With all the laws that are supposed to protect women from perverts (who will undoubtedly use this situation as an avenue to dress up and transgender pretend), I think FEMINISTS should be up in arms... BUT they are silent. Seems no one wants to be THE voice of reason anymore.

Everything is either PC or they are scared NOT to be PC.

Utterly ridiculous! I'm outta PF for good, cuz they are COWARDS to say what is really common sense right!
