I’ve had a gold membership for over 2 years...signed my daughter and myself up online...then I became very sick...unable to drive...was disabled for more than 36 months. When I tried to cancel both memberships online/and by calling the fitness center I was told I’d need to come in personally and cancel.
Well today I’m happy to say I’m able to do this. I hope planet fitness you enjoyed my $40 a month for over 2 years and I nor my daughter benefited.
