It seems to me that kids are running the planet fitness in Springfield Illinois and some of them have no idea of what customer service is or how to act professional. I have seen them on the computers behind the desk on a Facebook page looking at pictures while I was waiting to use the hydro bed as well as 3 of them carrying on a conversation with themselves while looking at me and not a one bothered to stop and ask what I needed until they were done.

Where are the managers at this place? It seems to me that it is run by kids who are more interested in social activities than customer service.
