I’ve had 16 orthopedic surgeries in the last 2 years. I am in a wheelchair and unable to use most of the PF facilities.
I have a letter explaining from my doctor explaining my situation. The manager of the local franchise refused to allow me to cancel my membership unless I come in personally, and since I am unable to drive my car and we don’t have a wheelchair van that is impossible. So for more than 2 years they continue to charge my bank account.
The only way I can stop it is close that account which I don’t want to do—I’ve had the same account for 25 years. I’ve had enough and am sending a certified letter with documentation to Chris Rondeau.
