Planet Fitness - Wrong account charged
I have not been a member of planet fitness since 2016. I noticed that my account has been charged a $10 fee the last two months (equaling $20) I have called the planet fitness in Saratoga Springs and spoke to the manger where I was told I had to figure it out on my own.
I than called the Area District Manager Dan, who was very rude and told me that I had an attitude and it was up to me to figure out the problem on my own. I have not been a member for a number of years and simply asked for a reimbursement of $20 as I am being charged when I am not a member and have not given permission for them to charge me, and at this time in the State of New York it is called Fraud to charge a person an amount without permission from said person.
I have very strong feelings towards this matter especially considering I was given very rude customer service from both the manager of Saratoga Springs Planet Fitness and the District Manager. I would highly appreciate being not only reimbursed but also a phone call to discuss this matter.
